We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen at the refurbished Bramleys Restaurant and Bar, located within the Orchard Hotel. You will support the Head Chef in delivering outstanding dining experiences for our guests, whether it is a vibrant dinner service, a relaxed brunch, or a stylish private event.
As Banqueting Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Banqueting Head Chef to oversee the production and delivery of high-quality meals for large-scale events. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills, manage a team, and ensure that our guests enjoy the finest cuisine.
The main focus of this role will be to provide a courteous, efficient and friendly service to all hotel guests by supplying the highest possible levels of customer care, whilst supporting the Front of House Manager and Front of House Team.
You’ll be fully conversant with the business facilities and local amenities to be able to respond to guest enquiries and work to anticipate their needs wherever possible to consistently deliver exceptional quality of service and in turn, guest satisfaction.
You’ll maintain an optimum and exceptional level of customer care and service to both internal and external customers, whilst staying fully conversant with the hotel, the company product and facilities.
You’ll deal with guest comments and complaints in a constructive and empathetic manner, the objective being to resolve the complaint prior to departure. You’ll also carry out regular check / patrols around all areas of the building, taking appropriate action to ensure standards of cleanliness, safety and general appearance are maintained.
As Deputy Head Housekeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards across both sites. You will support the Head Housekeeper in delivering a consistently high level of cleanliness, room readiness, and guest service, while helping manage departmental costs and optimise profitability.
Working to ensure the smooth running of the reception office and related areas, your main focus will be to provide a first class service to all guests, anticipating their needs wherever possible to achieve the ultimate guest satisfaction.
You’ll answer all queries quickly and effectively, be fully conversant in all hotel and local amenities, ensure check-in and check-out are seamless, and be polite, courteous and helpful to guests at all times.
We are seeking vibrant and hospitable Head Server to join our team at Bramleys, an iconic establishment soon to undergo a refurbishment program to become the leading bar and restaurant in Nottingham. As a Head Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, delivering wonderful dining experience, and contributing to our ambition of setting new standards in hospitality within the vibrant city of Nottingham.
